I’m taking part in the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic again this year, and I’m raising funds for the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic Association and the Arrow Foundation — two organisations that have supported countless people in our wider community.
The Classic has always been more than a paddle. It’s a night where volunteers, families, paddlers, and supporters come together with a shared purpose: to look after one another and to back the vital work of the Arrow Foundation in supporting blood cancer patients and their families. Every checkpoint, every cup of soup, every encouraging word at 2am — it all comes from people who care.
That’s why I’m asking for your support. Your donation doesn’t just help me reach a fundraising target; it strengthens the community around this event and the people who rely on Arrow’s research and patient support programs. Every contribution, no matter the size, becomes part of something bigger.
If you’re able to share this CrowdRaiser page with your own circle, that would make a real difference too. The Classic has always thrived on community spirit, and the more people who hear about the cause, the more impact we can create together.
Thank you for being part of this — whether through donating, sharing, cheering, or simply caring about the work these organisations do.
