As the owner of Heifer Station Wines in Orange NSW, I will be leaving the cellar door and vineyard for 4 days in April as I join a posse of 90 other wild regional women riding our Postie bikes 800 kilometres through regional towns to raise awareness and money for Wings4Kidz. Wings4Kidz is a not-for-profit organisation that provides free air and ground transport to sick children and their families in regional communities. These children are significantly disadvantaged by distance and face significant financial, emotional and travel fatigue stresses to access the essential treatment services that are not available in their regional areas. Wings4Kidz make a truly meaningful difference for children and their families during the most traumatic and stressful challenges a family can face. 

At 58 I have had to learn how to ride a motorbike which has been daunting for both myself and other road users. I am getting much more confident and my grandchildren think that it is very cool to have a bikie chick nana who delivers the mail.
