Little Wings provides a free, safe, and professional service to seriously ill and injured children in regional and rural NSW, the ACT, and QLD, enabling access to life-saving medical treatment at the city children hospitals like the Sydney Children's Hospital Network, John Hunter Children’s Hospital, and the Queensland Children’s Hospital. Their team of dedicated volunteers pilots, drivers, and event staff work tirelessly to ensure that these children and their families receive the support they need during difficult times.

As an organisation, we understand how important it is for children to be with their families, especially during recovery. Little Wings focuses on easing the emotional, financial, and physical burdens that come with long-term care for a seriously ill child, ensuring that families can stay connected and together throughout the healing process.
